江苏同禾药业有限公司、常熟万兴化工有限公司是江苏万兴创业投资有限公司的全资子公司，是一家集制剂药、原料药和保健食品的研发、生产、销售为一体的国家高新技术企业。连续多年为世界最大的硫辛酸生产商和出口商，也是国内亚胺基二苄的最大出口供应商。连续8年，跻身于常熟市百强企业前 50 名。
公司位于常熟市东南经济开发区，紧邻 204 国道与苏嘉杭高速公路，距上海仅80公里。公司总占地210亩（其中新制剂厂60亩），建筑面积 26000 m2 ，绿树成荫、草坪成片、环境优美，呈现花园式工厂浓厚氛围。现有员工300多名，其中各类专业技术人员80多名。

公司注重产品开发，不断提升产品科技含量。公司投资2000多万元建立了质量研发中心。公司拥有原料药、片剂、胶囊剂和颗粒剂的GMP证书。硫辛酸、6.8-二氯辛酸乙酯、亚胺基二苄、右旋硫辛酸钠、环丙贝特、10-甲氧基亚氨基芪等多个产品被评为江苏省高新技术产品；硫辛酸、卡马西平、盐酸二甲双胍等取得了原料药品批件，厄多司坦片、氨酚伪麻分散片和新雪胶囊等取得药品注册批件和新药证书；硫辛酸片和胶囊即将取得新药证书，另有10多个新药正在SFDA审批中。调节血糖和控制并发症的保健食品唐苹片正在全国热销中。
公司不断拓展发展空间，于2006年控股了具有近50年历史的湖南洞庭药业股份有限公司。公司还与瑞士诺华、奥地利帝斯曼、德国德固赛、意大利安替比奥和印度友联等公司建立了长期合作关系。为了提高公司科技水平，公司与中国科学院、上海医药工业研究院、中国药科大学、南京中医药大学、浙江工业大学、南京大学等科研院校建立了良好合作关系。

JJiangsu Tohope Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Tohope Pharma) & Changshu Wanxing Chemical Co., Ltd. (Wanxing Chem) are the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Jiangsu Wanxing Venture Intestment Co., Ltd., and are the State High-Tech enterprise engaging in research, development, production and sales of the formulations, APIs and health food products. Tohope Pharma is the largest manufacturer and exporter of Alpha Lipoic Acid in the world, and also the biggest supplier of Iminodibenzyl (intermediate of Carbamazepine or Oxcarbazipine) in China.
Company is located in Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone, close to 204 National Highway and Sujiahang Expressway, only 80 km away from Shanghai. It covers an area of 140,000 m2, and has more than 300 employees.
After years’ groping, now the company has embarked on the road to scientific, standardized and institutionalized management. Tohope Pharma makes much account of the research and development of new products.  It has invested more than 20 million Yuan in establishing R&D center. Alpha lipoic acid, 6,8-Dichloro Ethyl Caprylate, Iminodibenzyl, R(+)Alpha Lipoic Acid Sodium Salt , Ciprofibrate  and 10-Methoxy Iminostilbene etc, have been identified as Jiangsu high-tech products. Alpha lipoic acid, Carbamazepine and Metformin hydrochloride have obtained APIs approval from SFDA. Erdosteine Tablets, Xinxue Capsules and Paracetamol and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets have obtained Drug Manufacturing License from SFDA. Alpha Lipoic Acid tablets and capsules will be approved as new drugs by SFDA. More than 10 new pharmaceutical products are under examination and approval by SFDA. Tangping Tablets (health food) which reduce blood sugar and prevent complications of diabetes are very marketable.
Tohope Pharma constantly expands its business scope. In 2006, company became the largest shareholder of Hunan Dongting pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, which has a history of 50 years.
